The youth meet each other for their initial weigh-ins and fitness tests.
Episode 2
The youth meet with dietician Kristy Leavitt and are challenged to shop for and prepare a healthy dish for a picnic.
Episode 3
The youth get a jigging lesson from Sagkeeng’s Finest, followed by their 1st weigh-in.
Episode 4
The Youth bond during a camping/canoe trip; Spiritual Advisor Shane Patterson teaches them about petroforms.
Episode 5
The Youth are given some style tips and are sent out to shop for a new wardrobe.
Episode 6
The Youth have their final weigh-ins and recap their experience.
