Season 3

Episode 1- Fort William First Nation ON
Shawn travels to Fort William First Nation to meet Gail Bannon and Audrey Deroy. There, he learns how to strip bark from “the tree of life” and crafts a traditional birch bark basket. During Shawn’s spirit sessions, a young woman connects with a lost child.
Episode 2- Lake Helen First Nation ON
Shawn goes fishing for walleye on Fraser Lake with local guide, Alan Odawa. During his reading, a grandmother has a comforting message for her granddaughter and a friend makes an important connection.
Episode 3- Michipicoten First Nation ON
Shawn travels to Michipicoten, a community reclaiming sacred spaces and traditions. During the readings, a powerful connection is made between a man and his best friend and joyful reunion takes place between a mother and her kin.
Episode 4- Batchewana First Nation ON
Shawn explores the cliffs overhanging Agawa Bay and their ancient pictographs with guide, Chief Dean Sayers. A reading gets off on the right foot with a family of powwow dancers. Later, Shawn’s psychic abilities are tested.
Episode 5- Sagamok First Nation ON
Shawn travels to Sagamok First Nation, where he’s welcomed by Chief Alan Ozawanimki and Patricia Toulouse. During the spirit readings, a father comes through for his daughter and a powerful connection is made between two brothers.
Episode 6- Atikameksheng First Nation ON
Shawn heads to Atikameksheng First Nation to meet with Riel Dumont and to help construct a traditional lodge. During a reading, a young woman receives some grandfatherly guidance and a spirit connection packs an emotional punch for a man.
Episode 7- M’Chigeeng First Nation ON
Shawn travels to M’chigeeng First Nation to learn the teachings of the sacred fire from cultural Knowledge Keeper Josh Eshkawkogan. A message from a lost brother comes through in spirit and a family of a different kind makes contact.
Episode 8- Wiikwemkong First Nation ON
Shawn travels to Georgian Bay and to Wiikwemkong First Nation to meet with Norman Assiniwe. Norman takes Shawn beaver trapping and shows him how to make beaver mittens. Later, the spirit of a father connects with his son and a strong presence comes through.
Episode 9- Tyendinaga First Nation ON
Shawn makes his way to Tyendinaga, a First Nation with a long history of agriculture. There, he visits a seed sanctuary. Decades after his passing, the spirit of a young child makes a powerful connection, and a mother sends a strong message to her daughters.
Episode 10- Georgina Island First Nation ON
Shawn takes the ferry to Lake Simcoe’s Georgina Island to meet with Vicky Wolske and to take part in a seasonal water ceremony. The spirit of a father who died tragically comes through and a young musician receives a powerful message.
Episode 11- Kanesatake First Nation QC
Shawn travels to the Mohawk Territory of Kanesatake in southwestern Quebec. There, Travis Gabriel teaches Shawn how to make a traditional handcrafted lacrosse stick. Later, a mother gets unexpected news from a spirit and rare connection emerges.
Episode 12- Kahnawake Mohawk Territory QC
Shawn travels to Kahnawake, Mohawk Territory in Quebec. Eric McComber takes Shawn ice fishing and later teaches him about traditional fire making techniques. The spirit of a grandmother takes over a reading and a son has an important message for his mother.
Episode 13- Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation QC
Shawn travels to Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation where he learns the traditional methods of harvesting and boiling maple syrup. A mother’s spirit sets the record straight and a grandmother keeps watch over her unborn great-grandchild.
