Back to Roots II is a half-hour lifestyle series featuring Matricia Bauer who takes viewers on a Wapakwanis plant walk to find what has served as Indigenous food and medicine for generations. She then showcases her culinary and botanical skills and whips up a tasty dish, drink, medicine or cosmetic with the locally-found flora. Matricia shares her culture through her artistic talents of drumming and singing to end each episode.
