Led by their coach, Vince, and star players, Mana and Tai, the Southdown High School rugby team makes it into the elite Auckland 1A rugby tournament. But then their rivals from the wealthy Saint Isaac’s College start to play dirty.

Renee tries to keep Mana from falling apart and Riley learns Aria's deepest secret when he reads the letter she wrote to a lost player. Mana leads the Southdown team in a haka for their fallen friend as Vince battles to keep his team in the tournament.
