Mel and Gina begin their placement with the disorganized, drug dependent and cranky Dr. Kesler. Bonnie begins her hepatitis C treatment and Farida skips therapy. Charlie and his family are forced to stay with his father after mold is found

Episode 4 — Irrashional

Dr. Kesler reveals his Achilles heel to Gina. Charlie and Gary respond to a distress call and Nancy receives a special delivery from Sergio. Meanwhile, Mel suspects a case of elder abuse and Cameron makes a questionable diagnosis.

Episode 5 — His Name is Mud

Gina and Cameron get a shock after treating a gunshot victim. Nancy receives a surprise request from her son. Marley’s biological grandmother shows up on Eva’s doorstep, sending Amanda and Trevor into a tailspin.

Episode 6 — Stuff

Nancy finds herself at odds with Dr. Helvi. Farida discovers the reason behind Krista’s rash. Dr. Kesler brings Gina on a house call with disastrous results. Eddy gets in trouble with the cops – and Charlie.

Episode 7 — Breaking Point

Dr. Kesler goes through withdrawal, forcing Gina to make a tough call. Charlie’s discovery of Eddy and Tara’s collusion has tough consequences. Helvi and Nancy’s relationship reaches a breaking point.

Episode 8 — Three chords and the truth

Eva tries to deal with Marley’s grandmother while trying to protect Amanda and Trevor. Nancy is faced with a life or death situation. Gina gives Dr. Kesler some tough love. Gary and Charlie save a life and Farida deals with heartbreak.

Episode 9 — White Coats

In the series finale, Cameron comes clean about his ethical breaches. Gina and Mel receive an offer they can’t refuse. Nancy figures out the transition from nurse to doctor.
