Episode 3 - Kayla and Tyler Arkinson
After losing her son Tyler in 2010 and her daughter Kayla in a hit-and-run in 2018, Darlene Arkinson seeks justice for her children. As Kayla’s own children grow up without their mother, the Sagkeeng First Nation community offers support, resilience and hope.
Episode 4 - Joel Judd
On Dec. 28, 2019, while visiting family in Slave Lake, Alta., Joel Judd went to Dom’s Alehouse and left with an unknown man and woman. Police later recovered his jacket, but Joel himself has been missing ever since.
Episode 5 - Leah Keeper
Leah Keeper, missing since July 25, 2023, was last seen near Salter Avenue and Selkirk Street in Winnipeg. Struggling with addiction, she planned to return home to heal. With support from the Bear Clan Patrol, her family hopes to bring her home.
Episode 6 - Angel Carlick
On the evening of May 26, 2007, 19-year-old Angel Carlick left a friend’s home in Whitehorse and was last seen walking away from Main Street. Months later, in November, her remains were discovered in a wooded area north of the city.
Episode 7 - Erin Brooks
Erin Brooks, a mother of four from Sitansisk Wolastoqey, went missing on Dec. 27, 2021, after last being seen at St. Mary’s Smoke Shop. Erin is now the subject of a homicide case, and her family reflects on her struggles with addiction while seeking justice.
Episode 8 - Chris Guimond
Chris Guimond vanished after getting off a Winnipeg bus in 2015. Despite a surveillance photo and evidence of past threats, his disappearance remains a mystery. His family continues searching, highlighting the urgent need for justice and awareness for MMIMB.
Episode 9 - Kendara Ballantyne
The last time 18-year-old Kendara Ballantyne was seen alive was July 1, 2019, in The Pas, Man. Her family reported her missing to the RCMP later that month, and on August 6, her body was found behind the University College of the North.
Episode 10 - Ashley Morin
Ashley Morin disappeared from North Battleford in 2018, and the RCMP suspect homicide. Her family honours her memory with awareness walks, determined to find justice and answers while police continue to investigate the case.
Episode 11 - Chelsea Poorman
Chelsea Poorman went missing in 2020 in Vancouver. When her remains were found in 2022, police ruled her death not suspicious. Her family continues to seek answers and justice, questioning how cases are handled and why Chelsea’s story remains unresolved.
Episode 12 - Bradden Bushie
Bradden Bushie, from Poplar River First Nation, was 18 years old when he was last seen in the West Broadway area of Winnipeg on Nov. 16, 2013. It is suspected that he may have gone over the St. Vital Bridge that night, but no trace of him has ever been found.
Episode 13 - Deborah Anne Sloss
Deborah Anne Sloss was 42 when her body was found in her Toronto home in July 1997. Her death remains a mystery and her family still has unanswered questions about the police procedures in her case, which investigators deemed non-criminal.
